About Our Farm
Raynblest Farm is a family run farm situated on 42-acres of mixed orchard and evergreen forest. Raynblest Farm produces prunes, bee products, and exotic plants and fruits using an all natural farming methodology.
We value the health of our family and our environment. Raynblest Farm is more than just a farm, it is also our home. So it should come as no surprise that we employ only the safest farming methods. We don't use synthetic pesticides or fertilizers. Instead, we adhere to a Better Than Organic philosophy of agriculture. Using a permaculture concept, we seek to mimic the structure and interrelationships found in natural ecologies. Simply put, our orchard provides shade, shelter, and food to our free ranging chickens and bees; our chickens provide eggs, pest management, and nutrients to the orchard floor, while our bees pollinate the orchard and provide ingredients for our cosmetics line. No synthetics. Just plain 100% natural farming.
Much thought was put into naming our farm. With input from family and friends we were stumped on finding a suitable name. Then, one rainy night on the way home from his day job, Gus thought "Well, if we're blessed with anything we are sure blessed with rain." From that point forward our farm was dubbed Raynblest. From our family to yours, since 1991 Raynblest Farm has been committed to providing our customers the absolute best in all natural products.
